Overview
High Power marks a step forward in both sound and understanding. Alongside the existing synth setup, new equipment was added: an Ensoniq Mirage rack-mount sampler, an Akai AX80 synthesizer, and an Alesis MidiVerb I reverb unit. This album reflects a more confident grasp of chords and harmony, while still retaining the direct, home-studio synthwave character of the era.
