Modern World marks a clear shift in direction. While still rooted in electronic production, the music begins to lean toward stronger grooves, funkier rhythms, and a more contemporary outlook. In hindsight, this album sits between eras — closing the 80s synthwave chapter while quietly opening the door to what would become groove-led and funk-driven work.
